Templates License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for both personal and commercial projects. This includes the right to modify the templates to suit your project's needs. You can edit the templates and add any content, features, or design elements necessary for your project. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates, either in their original or modified form. The templates cannot be used as the basis for creating new templates or themes that are resold or distributed.

General License Terms

  • - Ownership: All products remain the intellectual property of the original creator. You do not acquire ownership of the product, only the rights to use it as outlined in this License Agreement.
  • - No Warranty: The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our products.
  • - License Termination: If you breach any of the terms in this License Agreement, your license may be terminated, and you will lose the right to use the products.

Permitted Uses

You are allowed to use our templates in projects created for clients, provided the end product is not a resale of the templates themselves. The final product that you or your client use must not contain or expose the templates in a way that allows third parties to extract or use them.

Restrictions

  • - No Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, resell, or distribute our templates, in part or whole, on their own or as part of another package.
  • - No Use in Derivative Products: You may not use our templates to create derivative products for resale or distribution, such as themes or templates.
